I was wondering if anyone knew whether an E series tank and an AU tank are the same shape etc.

To run an AU pump in my EB I have had to remove the surge box, and am a little worried if the fuel level gets too low, and I'm cornering the pump will suck air.

To fix this I want to fit an AU tank, if it will fit.

Chris

Pump mount is the same, but they are different sizes out of the tank.

Thank you for asking if I am a terrorist, but no I'm not. But if wanting to call a jihad on an VN to VY holden counts, ummmmm, maybe.

If you look at the first post you'll notice I say I need to run an AU pump, as my car is powered by a T2 220kw eng. To make it fit in the EB tank I had to remove the surge box.

Therefore to have a surge box I asked the question.
