i have been trying to fix an au series 2 ute. this ute has a miss under acceleration. also when connected to the scan tool shows irregular readings such as spikes in timing for example 3045degrees btc, injector pulse width of 345ms, cylinder head temp of 240 degrees c. can any one shed some light?

either faulty wiring or i'd say the aux shaft has gone. maybe the crank angle sensor? a lot of both of those going around

I had the same prob with my au3. It was fixed with new plugs and lead plus a tune up. Give this a try first.
