How ofter do you service an engine that runs on LPG 99% of the time? I still run my car on petrol every second day for ten minutes, a bit more on the open road. Is every 5,000 kms or six months good?

Also, my LPG system starts on petrol then goes to LPG automatically, but lately its been getting hard to start on LPG, takes about 5 to 8 goes to get it running.

i think that service interval would be fine.

the new eGas falcons are the same intervals as Petrol falcons. (15,000)

Kilometres shouldn't matter, maybe just every 5,000 kms and use LPG oil?

As mentioned, keep the interval around the same as a petrol engine. You can use the same oil you were using before, no need for special LPG oils, etc.

Might need to adjust the pot on the petrol start unit, may not be getting enough petrol - if it starts fine when hot, then this is likely.
You can run petrol when you fill up with LPG, say around 20 km, should be enough to maintain the fuel pump and injectors.

Hi snap0964
Where is this "pot on the petrol start unit" on a Ef Tickford Factory gas system. I have a problem with starting on LPG. Starts on petrol fine , but when it automaticly changes to gas it stalls. Change to gas while the car is in motion and it's fine.
Thanks

No idea dude - try someone who has some knowledge on the ticky systems, e.g. twason.
