whats this megasquirt thing and what does it do?

hmmm.. never ordered frmo jaycar online... been good otherwise.. when I phone, the people normally have no clue. But in the shop, there's normally someone there that knows what they are talking about.

Farnell and RS Components have the biggest selection of anything you need, but both of them know how to charge. Never tried Jaycar online. We here at work use Electus if we want Jaycar stuff. It's Jaycar's wholesaler and if you can convince them you're from a business then you can get their catalogue and order over the phone - same products just cheaper. Another handy supplier located in NSW ie WES Components. They have an online web site and have really good prices but are very strange to deal with, best to use a fax to order with..

...interesting... I knew about electus, the range isn't great, pretty much jaycar. I ended finding a substitute for the IXDI404PI mosfet driver, and got them through RS components. RS are good to deal with, nice knowledgeable people there. Farnell are ignorant, they seem like they don't care about anything, and even with their huge range, a basic LM2937 5 volt regulator was out of stock, with a 6 week wait.

I'll have a look at WES Components. Sounds interesting enough.

speedy spares dont have a front counter anyway, either email or ring thme with a list, if they have everything you need you pay over the phone with your cc and they post it to you.
