Hey,
Just wondering... i took the car to ford dealership and fault code for the PCM is coming up. They said to me i needed a new 1. Cost 5/600$ The throttle indicator light flashes up every now and again and it jumps into a rough idle.. Any ideas on where we can get a PCM, wreckers? Besides expensive ford.. |

Do you have Automotive Solutions near you? They specialise in aftermarket /replacement ecu's and other electronics a lot cheaper than OE stuff.Worth a phone call!Cheers Kevman

get the numbers nad chase one from the wreckers most sell with a 6 month warranty on the parts etc etc
that is what i would do.

PCM? Is that the Powersomething or other Control Module?
Are they only on B-series onwards? |

PCM is just another name for ECU, like EEC for instance

Yeh just saw the 1 on ebay for 300 buks, ford quoted me 600 lol!
I'll look for a autosolutions place sumwhere near me and i mite just hassle the wreckers. Thanks guys. |
