How old is your car ?

Isn't tickford just a subcontractor who installed the lpg system for Ford ?
Aren't Ford the manufacturers who are responsible for spare parts supply ?

I always understood that parts must be available for all cars < 10 years old.

Ring Ford customer service direct, not a dealer, and ask them to explain why parts are not available, especially if the car is < 10yo.
If you can't get satisfaction with the Ford customer service bod, speak to their manager and if that doesn't help, speak to consumer afairs.

Cheers.
