Putting this 350 holley on my 2F motor in the 60 series cruiser, all went well, but when i started it up, fuel p****d out everywhere, thinking maybe cause i hooked up the vacuum line wrong, and maybe it pressurised the bowl etc, anyone know were this fitting should be attached to?? its the fitting coming out at a 90 degree on the left of the fuel line.

Float may be stuck or too high. The screw on the side should be the level that the fuel should be at.If it pours out, float level to high.

I had the exact same prob on a valiant 245. Turned out to be a tiny hole in the float letting fuel in. New float and good as new.
