it'd be brake fluid leaking, not the booster

i know, it's brake fluid thats leaking, which isnt good...... but untill the diaphraghm in the booster dies, it wont be causing a vacuumn leak

thats brake fluid, it won't affect your fuel economy but it will reduce the performance of your brakes. if it gets worse you may lose your brakes all together.

tighten the bolts or nuts up and wash it off really well with soapy water to reduce paint loss.

Haha, I had a brake failure in my brother's car on the way home from the city... They didn't fail completely, just the assisted boost. (That's why it's still funny). Turns out that he had petrol (????) in his brake booster which had eaten through the diaphram. Bloody old XF was a prick to drive home from Flinder's St to Mitcham at 5:30pm with no brake boost!!
