hey guys i just got a hold of a old BA xr6 turbo ecu i was wondering if i can put it into my car NL fairlaine both have 4 speed auto and mine is goin to have a charger on it really soon

I don't reckon that'll be compatible at all.
But thats my uneducated opinion.

BA XR6 Computer will not go into a NL fairlane.
Totally different Motor and looms.
Pretty sure not even the NL 4 Speed will be able to hook up to a BA ECU, some of the solenoids are wired differently.

No, auto ecu between E* and B* are not compatable - see recent topics posted on fordmods
