I have a hybrid motor in my EL and have about $1000 to spend on it to make it a little quicker. Im thinking head work and cam but have no idea where to go and what to get. I already have 2.5" zorst, manual conversion and 3.23 LSD and would like to get low 15s/high 14s out of the car after spending about a grand. Am I being stupid?

Wade 997b i presume would pop ya into the 14's. Throw ur extractors on first..Ph4480's would do the trick! If you have any money left over, get urself a neat k&n panel filter. If you want, you could go for 3.7's gear ratio..
Go to wade, their nice and cheap. Plus its all local for you, even better. Just take it down there.
Should be able to regrind you'r cam for ya for close to nothing! You would just need some shimms and springs. You could probably just use ur stock ecu too..

Being a fordmember, they can give you a nice discount too.
PM Wade Cams on what he can do for ya..
