yonks ago, it'd be over a year that the EF motor went in the EB, and it was a no show in the wild long before that.

no taking away from the time, congrats, it's damn close to what STOKEB ran on the giggle gas...

They have been trying to get an ITB setup for their EA for a year or more, but as no one makes a manifold they have had no luck. :D

As said over on Boosted, those are some wicked figures down the quarter man. I'm still stunned at the 109MPH, especially for an NA i6, it's an awesome achievement

Seems like a pretty piss poor reason :P
If a few blokes around here can knock something up, then surely the 4.0 Specialists can do it.
i've seen ~4 or 5 different ITB setups over the last few years.

here's one for you DRHEMI, smoke_ ran a 14.6 in an EF GLi that had a 3.45 LSD, Pacemaker 4480's and a 2.5" exhaust. Your "185rwkw" EF has gone 14.8 yea?

Also, snort makes an ITB manifold since when?

They don't make ITB manifolds, but they do sell runner sets.

Intake Manifolds - Runner Sets - Same Thing - like Headers and Extractors

I think the quote was "Stock" - yep it has 14.8 - it has also crossed the line at 100.33mph -

My car has a stall of 2800 - my car makes power at 3500 - my best 60foot is 2.23

For ease of comparison a 2800 stall when power comes on 3500 is like dropping the clutch 700rpm early in the first 60foot where it counts the most and if you dont think that makes a difference in 1/4 mile you have rocks in your head - we are only talking .5 to 1 sec here

heres my build thread - http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=11227304 you want to discuss my car then do it in there - this thread is about a 12.89 @ 109mph car not my car lol
