So I notice I've got an EL/AU hybrid head on my EL, and I bought a Wade 1673 regrind cam that was out of an e-series not too long ago. Just wanna know if it could be fitted to this head still.

Cheers.

Cheers guys.

How about from an EB head? I got one sitting around that's not being used.

give Wade a call and see if you can swap the cam over with a 1671AU cam, which is the AU version of the 1673.

Not too sure if that will help since I bought it second hand off a forum member.

Do I need to change the valve springs or anything else? I still plan on using the rocker gear from my old EB head, that should work fine, right?

Valve springs aren't neccessary . But if you taking the head off I'd throw in some crow xr springs .

Eb rocker gear should work . When u put it together turn it over by hand to check everything rotates as it should . And check the tappets are pushing down on the valves .

If it turns fine . Start her up and see how it runs . If its running rough the valves aren't opening properly
