if you rebuilt an engine and you didnt balance it, your a fkwit lol.
it would want to make a difference
from what i know all falcon cranks EF onwards are counter weighted for better balance, but could probly do a better job

As previously mentioned, 190rwkw is possible. If I remember correctly there was a guy who had 190rwkw but it was a track car.
Two reasons why people do not try to achieve this figure:
1. Not bang for buck- Just turbo or supercharge the car for same amount of money and get more power.
2. It is not recommended for street use as power will be in high rev range.
