just changed to an 2.5 inch exaushst and the cat flange and the flange on the 2.5 inch exaushst is diffrent what have people done before because it leaks slightlee

Either get a high flow cat or get an exhaust fabricator or ne1 good at welding to modify your existing cat.

i was thinking of making up a plate to go in the middle and to make it like a spacer like wheel adators

Thats dodgy mate, take it to a exhaust fitter, he should have you out of there in 20 minutes and wouldnt cost you more than $40.
Leaking exhaust isnt nice. |
