a bigger throttle body won't help unless he's pulling over 500hp lol it would be overkill for the price he'd pay.

Yeah true. But it depends on the modifications he'll be making in the future aswell. If he does all the possible engine work, it's always a possibilty.

Cheers

True, but no point doing it until he's done a lot of upgrades. if he goes too big on the throttle body too early, he'll lose a lot of torque.

"Keep it simple stupid"

My mate was pulled up for owning a car way too loud, I'm keeping as much of the exterior standard as possible, even to the point of keeping the current exhaust, but I doubt that's going to be really possible

Hahahahaha, So, all in all Extractor and Air intake are my first options... I'm not going to go all spastic and Mod Happy and become The Custom Car owner you can hear from 67 blocks away.

You can make a pretty powerful N/A sleeper. Cam it, put a few more resonators in the exhaust etc. If you get an air intake, you will hear it... they sound great haha

If you get a good exhaust system, it won't be heaps loud either. I had a full system on my old EL (which i know the EL - BA is completely different), but i had redback extractors and cat, and 2.5" lukey exhaust. And it sounded brilliant. Was nice and quiet when crusing at 80 and above, but at about 1500 rpm sounded mean. Never got a look from the cops.
It also depends on how "mean" the cops are near you to. Around my area, you look at 'em wrong and they'll come after you.
You could still do some exterior cosmetic mods to, like keep your current wheels, but lower it on lows or super lows. They cant bink you for that unless your front wheels are under the guards.
But doing just extractors and leaving it is kind've wasted money. Unless you plan to do the whole system.

Cheers

I'm looking at Whole system. Just do a big one off, see how that goes. hahaaha I want that deep sound it produces on occasion, to be constant HAHAHA

but also power and some better acceleration. Like most people want.

Thanks for the help though guys.

Unfortunately I'm not Mr Money Bags, so I think I'll be having this car for a couple of years hahahahaha.

I can sell it at a higher price. If I get a Bobfin, some guy will buy it because of the fin, and rims (These rims are apparently rare... What the f**k are they) - See my pic on page 1
