whats the difference between the cast and alloy head?
im looking at extractors and redline inlet manifold from a cast head and wondering of it will fit a alloy head?

The manifolds are different. Cast heads have a water outlet into the manifold (alloy ones don't) and the stud patterns are different on both manifolds. 8-)
As far as extractors go, you can buy sets that fit both types of heads. This would allow you to buy the extractors while putting tegether the $ to get a good ally head, manifold combo tegether and still drive the car.

just a inlet manifold, extractors and other "go fast" bits, want a manual conversion kit aswell
