Have a friend with an NA fairlane with a 3.9 in it believes his head is cracked ..I have a heap of 4.0 lt heads including a brand new XG head .was wondering if anyone has fitted a 4.0 head to a 3.9 and if there was any problems in doing so ?

3.9 head fits 4.0 cant see why wouldnt work other way round.
