Does anyony know if there is any difference between a 200ci x-flow head & a 250ci x-flow head , weather its comp , valve size etc etc .

The 200 & 250 have same Valve head diameters, but the difference is in the combustion chamber volumes. XD....3.3 & 4.1...................56.15 cc to 58.65 cc. XE....3.3 & 4.1....................53.05 cc to 56.55 cc. Hope this helps.

So they should be interchangeable without to much hassle for more comp

Yeah, use an XE head for a comp gain, but remember, they are not unleaded compateable.
