3.73 LSD

you will need about $1200 roughly for a rebuilt LSD, good used gears, and new bearings & fitment etc.

save money here by getting 3.89's (3.9's) for @ $120 instead of huge dollars for 3.73's, rebuild on the diff 550 -650 bucks tops - sweet :D acceleration is what you want not top end :D

its a 5 speed so the gearing is already very short, however its the later model T5, so i reckon 3.89's would be bearable :)

I recon bbm conversion and then zorst and extractors.. bbms have gotta be one of the cheapest best performing mods for boxcars with log manifolds IMO

ALL of the fastest 6cyl falcons run the log manifold. except JMM but his BBM has had $800 worth of extrude honing.

Yeah id guessed that from a few high kw builds I've seen, but the thing is Id be very suprised if 800 bucks turns a i6 into a 13 sec monster.. Personally I would go with the bbm because of the extra low down tourqe and drivability you get over a log manifold on stock motors..
