My brother in-laws daily work EF falcon is starting to create a bit of noise from the a/c compressor pully. The pully is getting that hot that when you turn the car off the belts starts too smoke. A/C is still working.

Whats the best way to remove? Just undo the bolt on the front of the pulley using a bar supporting the clutch. We were then just going to repack the bearing with some hi-temp bearing grease.

Does this sound about right?

Cheers...

repacking wont work, they have a sealed bearing in them. Youll need another compressor. They arent that expensive.
