howdy,
i have a slight problem when running my car on unleaded. when you apply power there is nothing and the engine almost stalls and then there is a big kick and then the power comes on. could this be the fuel filter? any help would be appreciated. cheers

Try a holden discussion forum they might be of more help with your Crapadore then at a FORD forum..as it says FORDMODS not holdenmods

yes VK is the problem...
im presumign u have the carby 202 not the injected? could be bad plugs/leads points? yes even fuel filter

dosent have points and the leads are fine.

pour some carby clean down the throat of the carb see how that goes...if nothing else it might blow it up..(kidding)

lol its one of those stupid pollution carby's with the big cover over it.
and yeh it probably will blow up lol. a stupid mate of mine almost got a compression tester jammed up his nose today when he forgot to hold it in the spark plug hole

my air filter's an absolute b**ch to get out.....
coz its a LPG/Petrol 202 the air filter is jammed uo near the firewall. it took me 20 mins to get the bloody thing in so im not takin it out again 4 a while

i have another query.....
i did the compression test today and all the cyl's are around 141-145 psi but cyl 2 is reading only 110 psi. can someone tell me what the prob is?
