Hey guys, I'm curious about how you would adjust the timing on an EL Fairmont Ghia, I was looking where the distributor was but I've never worked on a car with a distributor before besides doing the leads, my old man said you twist the body of it or something? How the hell do you get your hand in there?

I know there is something you have to do to the diagnostic connector to get it to go into some mode so you can adjust the timing, short two pins together or something?
