Hey guys, im new to this forum and i own an EL falcon futura. I was just wondering whats the difference between a $35 EL GT induction kit, and a $300 SS induction kit. Whats the power difference and throttle response like between the two?

do a search you will find your answer. The SS kit is overpriced and will give maximum benifit at high speeds. It is obviously better that the GT snorkel but not for the extra money it costs

ss inductions have a very large hole from the mouth of the induction peice to the air box while the tickford one dosent have quite a big a hole that and the price is the only difference really

So you would recomend the SSS inductino kit over a lets say AU XR8 induction snorkel...?? I would get a Mandrel bent pipe from the box back.... how big is the ideal pipe size...?

the xr8 snorkel will do just fine, not worth the $$ for the SS kit IMO

And you wouldn't have to pay postage. I paid $33 for mine in the country.
