Theyre more often used on turbo cars, where the extra compression increases blowby and has a habit of returning oil into the manifold. I probably wouldnt bother with one on a naturally aspirated six myself, but if youre interested, it shouldnt be too hard. It should just install in between your PCV valve on the rocker cover, and the fitting on the manifold.
