Hi all,

I need to replace my cruise buttons on my ef and was wondering how to do it safely without blowing the airbag up in my face?. In a few posts i have read that all you need to do is disconnect the battery for 10+ mins can someone confirm this?.

There is no problem with removing and replacing the buttons i know how to do that just didnt want to make a costly mistake by assuming that the info i have read in a few posts was correct.

Any info would be great
Thanks

Yes, disconnect battery and wait 10mins for capacitor to run down, then its safe. When reconnecting, make sure everything is off.
