pretty much guy after a cam to suit these mods below (in sig) umi really dont no much about cams, i no they open and shut valves and duration of the lift ect car has a stock head stock valve springs only bolt on stuff has been done. prefer not to use shims. what would i be looking at?? or would it be better going a flash tune and 3.45 lsd??

i see an exhaust system, and some audio gear. Your car is near stock, do you plan on modding it any further as that can have a bearing on what cam/s to use But in all honesty, your post shows you havnt researched a single thing. This forum has 2 active sponsors who do cams for your car, and have many pages in their forums, also the search function will give you 50 pages of info to read about. Have a look at stockstandards thread at the top of these forum regarding frequently asked questions.
If you had bothered to read that, you would know that asking "what cam is good for me" is useless.

ok ok ive done a little research and come back with this.
Wade 1673 Crow 2222519 or is it better if i were to go for the wade1636.

For a stock auto falcon with exhaust mods..... well in my opinion anyway
auto with 3.45 diff ratio or lower = 1636 auto with 3.73 diff ratio or higher = 1673 |

im about to try the AU version of the 1673 with my auto, il tell you how it goes in a few weeks
