i replaced my p/s pump last night and thought that everything was all good.

today drove to my dads and back, look under the bonnet and theres power steering fluid everywhere!! and i mean every where.

the 2 tubes coming off it r on tight and not leaking.

is there anywhere else that the fluid can come from?!?!?

cheers.

if there is oil everywher there is probably a hole in the high pressure hose, fill your system and with it running get someone to hold it on full lock (to pressurize the system) and have a look at the hoses and one will probably spray fluid at you.

wash it and then let it idle, a leak that bad can't be too hard to find, if it don't leak after a couple of mins on idle bring the revs up a bit 2000rpm and bring wheel to lock to where you can hear the pump working and just bump it on and off lock a couple of times and have another look you should be able to see something then.

Did you overfill it? Perhaps it just overflowed when hot.
