the main difference is the rocker ratio's on EA-EL are different to the rocker ratio on the AU and also the EL hybrid, also the profiles have slight changes model to model.

Apparently one of the best stock cams though is just a plain EF cam. Same spec as the XR cam.

might have already had an ef cam lol, but the differences would be quite minimal.... 147kw EB2 cam 157 EF cam and its not just the cam doing that, improved Tune, better head, better intake manifold setup...

The EB and ED XR6 cam must be alright because a stock EB&ED had 148kw and the EB&ED XR6 had 163Kw. 15KW difference.

EF XR6 went from normal 157kw to 164kw, so 7kw gain.

I dont think there is any advantage in them...I think they even flow less.

same spec as what XR cam? ef XR is different to the stock EF cam. lift is the same but timing is different.

we put a spare EF XR came in dads old EB when i rebuilt it. and it has better top end then the stock cam. no other mods at all

Don't forget the T motors had higher compression and 3:45 final drive...higher fuel pressure fuel reg, more advanve in ecu timing...
