just wandering whats best to strengthen these motors for eventually installing a turbo.

Head stud Kit.

ARP rod bolts.

agree with above, im planning a turbo upgrade in the very near future, read every turbo build thread (on multiple forums) you can theres heaps of info out there.

most boosted people just run a stock bottom emd, when it pops its only $400 to swap out.

depends on how much psi,revs and state of tune the motor will see i guess.

As rushed said, it all depends on how much boost you plan on running, and how hard the engine is going to be run etc.

The AU bottom end is pretty strong, a lot of people use stock bottom ends in their turbo setups because of this, as long as you are running a low psi setup you should be alright.

Id be more concerned about blowing gearboxes :lol:

AU motors aren't that good for boost, Gozza on boostedfalcon killed 2 motors in no time with boost.
