hi people ! i need my au to suck a bit harder so i am interested in getting a larger intake from t/b to air filter ! apparently the 3 inch pipeing is the way to go !is there one of the leading auto shops that i could walk in and purchase straight of the shelf that looks good & would be a straight fit ! or should i go to a pro like cms who specialise in fords to get something sorted !i do like stainless but the price is a bit of puting ! i am not mechanicaly minded ! and if i start fiddling i will stuff something up ! mods already are k&n air filter and the $42 xr6 snorkel from ford fitted by me !i was so proud of myself ! !am getting the pacie 4480 comps! 2.5 inch exhaust sports exhaust! and my illegal 100cpsi racing cat i have sitting here in my garage ! maybe this will make the beast move a bit quicker . :D

You could purchase something readymade from these guys:

http://www.darrendifilippo.com.au/airintake.html

or get one made locally from aluminium

It would be heaps cheaper (although not as good-looking) to just get an intake pipe from a BA Falcon or a Territory and just fit that yourself. Pipe diameter is over 3" and flows really well.

I got my BA intake pipe from a wrecker for $25.
