Hi guys, i have a AU falcon series 2 with extractors, sports exhaust, lowered, Havoc bodykit.

Looking at doing something with the computer either replacing it or piggy backing off it.

After some thoughts on piggy backing Vs replacing?
What brand to use?
Where out Salsibury way to have the work done?

There is no need to piggy back or replace. There are options out there to 'flash' tune your vehicle. I use Sniper/DeltaForce. There are several options with the most popular being SCT which in its latest form is the handheld XCal3. Check out Herrod Motorsport, Crescent Motorsport, KPM (Adelaide), BPT Motorsport WA.

Looking about $1000 for the flash tuner coded to your vehicle. This allows you to change between 3 "settings". Takes about 10 secnds to change them, just plug it in and push the button you want. Usually have an economy tune, a standard tune and a performance (98 fuel only) tune. XR6 turbo guys are gaining over 50rwkw with custom tuning one (about another $300), you would pick up around 10-15rwkw with custom tune. These tunes can also remove factory rev limiter, remove smart lock (good for big mods planned), and they give you a lot of possibility with cams and turbo's and stuff because au's dont take to the big mods as well as e series ecu's do. Its also good because any tuner knows their way around the sct software.

Oh actually not sure think the S2 went to smartshield which im not sure can be bypassed.
