I know this has probaly been covered a hundred times over but can anyone tell me step by step wat to change over between the 2 and if anyone has a pic of a cut n shut k-frame or any other helpful pics that would be greatly appreciated. XR-Lane's NF Fairlane build thread would come in very handy. Has heaps of useful pictures and is pretty detailed. He did put a VCT engine in though, so there would probably be a bit more wiring for the VCT side of things but as far as the k frame modification needed to fit the engine in, it would be the same. Heres the link: VCT NF Fairlane

*sigh*

With EA-EDs you can actually grind the sump fins back, and it will fit with the standard K frame. I've seen a few done like this, and a few not.

EF/ELs you need to modify the sump or the K frame.
