I need to replace the head on my EA, and was contemplating whether or not to use a AU head. Is there any difference between a factory gas head and a normal head?

There is one on Ebay ATM, I am not sure there is any difference to either cam or valves until EGAS. Someone may have more knowedge on any difference in the dual fuel and standard head.

not sure in the AU case - I think soem AU's came factory LPG only? but in Pre-AU wih the Tickford duel fuel it was same head.
If you put an AU head on, you'll need the AU rocker gear and cam shaft. |

au e gas head has the hardened valve seats
due to no lubricating properties og gas there are some other minor things cam as far as i am aware is stock
