hi there guys i have been searching everywhere and cannot find the specifics i need i am going to fit a au head onto a ef block i have the head gasket for a au and the bolts what torque settings do i need is it the toque setting for ef or for au head and for the cam sprocket do i need to use the au one or do i use the ef one there seems to be allot of threads around but none of them specify any of these details

I used jim mocks torque setting give them a quick search and you will find what you need as for the sprocket I dont have a clue.

Read my build thread when I fitted the VCT head to my ED block...

I used ED torque for the headbolts and I had oil going into the water which was possibly a faulty MLS gasket... Then I used a new gasket and AU torque settings and had no problem...

Its and AU head, cam, and cam bolt... So you should probably use the AU torque spec for that gear...

Again read my build thread linked in my sig... I covered all the problems I had in detail and the conversion process in there... Then pulled out that mixed bag and fitted a full AU motor...

AU headbolts:
1st torque setting 30nm
2nd setting +120deg.
