yes.

Its easier to remove both plugs housings and clip them together and heat shrink them.

no problem.

IIRC when I did my EF, the plug on the Loom has female pins, and the knock sensor has male, but the housings are not sex worthy.

So as stated they clip into each other and form a solid contact and can be sealed!

Thank Krytox
As least save me abit of worry so l able to finish job off however somewhere in this forum someone said AU 3 has bigger exhaust valves 41 mm and spoken to WADE camshaft months ago as l do know au3 rocker ratio is 1.8 and looking for increase of 40 KW or more without using aftermarket ECU so what is best is camshaft profile use range 1500 to 5000 rpm (l did forgot to ask about camshaft profile number) but Wade people told me only get about 30 KW with standard ECU as they are correct anyway but still looking for 40 KW out of this engine ?

Hi Guy
That is good to know AU has 41 mm exhaust valves however why they still produce 157 KW same as EL with 39 mm exhaust valves and notice AU fuel regulater only 250 kpl instead tickford has 300kpl ??? :? :?

there would be varying differences that make it that way..
yes, au runs 41mm exhaust valves and supposed to also have slightly smaller head ports aswell?
cam profiles are different from std ef to au, so i think the differences in the std au was more for efficiency rather than power gains.

Hi Troyman
Your comment is correct however l haven't see anyone has modiflied AU111 engine or camshaft to increase power than EL or EF is much easier to modiflied to increase engine power :D as reason AU111 head port are too small if l am correct  regard ian
