My brother has had an AU VCT engine put into his eb it goes much harder now. Also had a 5 speed put in at the same time. We are working on the body and paint at the moment I'll be posting pics soon.

I have an AU VCT in my EF. Goes great - on LPG. Changed to a 5 speed, and will go back to an auto shortly due to a lack of willpower

Im using AU Fuel Rail, AU Injectors, EF ECU. Ive got the EF Throttle body on now, and am changing to an AU Egas Throttle body next weekend hopefully

Im also using a custom wiring harness which has the LPG stuff integrated/hidden into it as well.

the consensus at the moment (or jump on the bandwagon mentality) is that

1. Gas Research TB is best
2. Airod is 2nd
3. E gas TB is third

is this based on anything...not really

Nah. All my petrol problems will go away with an XR6 ecu or chip.

I wanted the egas throttle body because its designed to be there. The add-on mixer I have Suffers greatly in a backfire.. which Ive had while Ive been setting it up

I've got an AU VCT donk sitting at CMS in Sydney having Stage 4 done to it ATM.
This Chrissie it'll be going into the wagon along with a T5 currently sitting in the garage and a new pulley on the blower to run 9psi - hopefully it'll do some better cookers! :-)
I'll also be running the VCT off the BBM.
Hopefully it'll all run happy with the current EF XR6 Tickford ECU with ChipTorque, AU fuel rail, Ford Motorsport bluetop injectors and CAPA external secondary fuel pump.

and if u get the AU TB would u be able to take some pics of so we can get some idea of how restrictive it is likely to be in comparison to normal mixer rings
