when the ba engine is in my manual ef falcon,what computer would i need ? could i use a ecu from a auto BA to run the engine etc (as manual ecu are hard to get ) and my manual ecu for the rest of the cars electrics or wouldnt that work? do i need a ecu from a manual ba falcon?

You can use an auto ecu with a tune.

Provided it has a flash tune to suit, and the security is removed, then yess.
