Hell yes!

The K frame and engine swap don't seem that difficult. I can weld and have removed/installed engines before. The wiring loom was the part that would make me think twice about this swap on my EF 2 Ghia. Not if I could buy the wiring loom already done.

Very interested in xr6 turbo conversion full kit plus freight to Sydney. Hopefully including the following:

BF MKII xr6 turbo engine (stronger bottom end :D )
computer
flash tune
plug and play wiring loom
modified engine mounts for bonnet clerance to fit EL XR6
AU bellhousing to suit T5

Can do all labour myself. Quick questions, can the flashed ECU get tuned at any CAPA dealer or will i need to deal direct with you guys?

Cheers

Hey man,
Do you need all of the wiring e.g engine loom & main power loom.

I don't know mate. The car is my daily driver. It drives ok, but I plan to keep it and tidy it up. The motor is ok now but Im not happy with its power. The gearbox is dying at the moment, so if this conversion is viable then the new box I put in would be suitable for this conversion (turbo).

I'm inquiring as I plan to buy a few parts at a time, then when I have everything I need I would do the DOHC swap.

Does how much of the loom I need depend on the wiring that I get from the wreck that the motor or computer comes from?

Sorry if these are stupid questions, but my experience is with carbies, which is probably why the electrics and computers are so daunting![i][i][i]
