What causes the throttle to hesitate for a second or two before its starts really going. Just started to notice it recently when Im at the lights and decide to floor it. The throttle seems to be getting a little stiffer as well not sure why. Any advise would be great thanks!

May be the pedal assembly, being an electronic accelerator. They were a problem with the very 4early BA's
|

It's with all b series my mates bf 6 speed picks up better but if you wanna fix it do what I did buy a shift kit ,, also extractors and cold air will get rid of it too I've got it all and as soon as you give it throttle it goes

Mate with the mods uve done I find that hard to believe mines only pumping around 150rwkw and does not hesitate , I reckon it's ur electronIc throttle..

I replaced all the coil packs and it seemed to help doesn't hesitate nearly as much. that would be a good idea to Atleast check out the throttle anyway. its usual due to bad coil packs, spark plugs, ignition leads, fuel filter or dirty fuel. thanks for the responses!

Are coil packs connected to Spark plugs?
Thinking of a new ignition upgrade. Weapon x coils.

yea they give the spark plugs power to ignite I believe. What do weapon X coil pack offer over the standard ones? Should have bought those instead of replacing them all with standard ones.
