Hey I was woundering what sort of aftermarket computer I would need to run for my ba xr6 turbo engine. I know I have to cut the k frame and use the eb engine Mounts but I just don't no what sort of computer I would need to run cause I don't want to have to flash tune it

I'd assume you'd need to run the BA XR6 Turbo computer??

you can run an aftermarket ecu, like a ems 6860 or a wolf ecu. unless someone has figgured out the vct control you will need to dissable the vct..

and as most high powered ba/bfs usually usually use vernea gears to ditch the vct anyway..
so its a matter of crank sensor pick up, coil igniters and injectors just like fitting any aftermarket ecu.
as for the dash gauges, you can use the eb oil pressure sender and either tap a thread in the ba thermostat housing for the water sensors or possably the eb housing will fit the ba engine?.

imo thats the simplest and easiest way to do it...

otherwise its a full ba engine loom and ecu which will need a flsh tuner to remove the security and a few other things from its control...
