A mate of mine has just bought a XR6T and asked me if the exhaust it the same as that fitted to the NA XR6. In theory you'd think it' be bigger, but I thought ford may have kept it the same to keep noise levels down ?
He says it's noisier than he expected, but then he's upgraded from a magna!! So yeah, did the turbo's get a bigger or less muffled exhaust ?

hey hyena, i drive the turbo too, and yes it has a larger exhaust, with different cats, the turbo gives it a more muffled sound at higher rpm too

Guys i have an xr6t the xr6t has twin pipes doesn`t the xr6 just have a single pipe.

Yeah
Turbo has dual exhaust and the na is single!
