I am looking at a new car. I currently have a 98 EL Ghia with all the options - leather, CC, woodgrain, etc etc etc

I have been looking around and the BA is fairly cheap at ex-gov auctions ($20k ish).

What do you think? I'd be giving up my luxury for a newer, more powerful car, with basic interior.

Not sure what to do...

Thanks

they are also heavier, and your el will more than likely beat it with the tickford motor and 3.45 diff

Go hire one for a day and see how you feel.

I have an old AUII Fairmont wagon and in the BA there is only a Futura wagon or Territory ghia to chose from. As a 4wd is not suitable or desirable I looked at the BA Futura wagon but although the motor is good its just not worth trading my fairmont wagon on which is much nicer if a bit old fashioned.

You might be happier to stick with what you have and do it up or look after it really well as its a good model to keep.

You can get rear wheel drive Territorys though... Or do the GHias only come AWD?
