Getting a brand new AU intake tomorrow for $90. would you believe that was a tikford intake and it costs $470. The standard 1 is $250.

Looks like a few holes have to be drilled and a stubbie holder fitted.
You can drill a series of holes into the air intake plumbing and Fit a stubbie holder over to cover the holes.
That way if you do get a backfire the holes will relieve the pressure.
Hopefully saving your intake.
Can also fit springs to airbox lid.
Boral sell them as do Ford.
Boral is cheaper

Cheers
