I'm looking at doing this already have the BBM, now my car is also Presmartlock (by 3 months  ) and I have got a smartlock module (well an entire dash with smartlock) thanks arm79! I think I need ignition barrel and the EL ECU, is it hard to install smartlock? Has anybody done this?

Sorry about getting off topic.

ok, im a little lost.

i have smartlock, so does that mean i dont need the el ecu? and also my car is manual, so i would need to get an el manual ecu? and finaly how much extra is this gonna cost?

Having smartlock just means using the EL ECU is alot easier.
Yes, you'd need a manual ECU, or you could trick an Auto one, but if you can get a Manual one it would be easier.
As for cost, NFI...
