Of the standard GLi heads which one flows the best?

I read somewhere the 91 version was the best? anyone confirm or point me in the direction of some evidence?

I've heard the 94DT which is the EF Tickford head I think is.

AB94 is your best flowing standard head. This is the base head that CMS use for all his head work.

94AB head is the best flowing standard head. EF's and early EL's have these heads. My El fairmont has one of these heads... The mock boys say these are the best heads also for gains.

the 91 AA (EB ED) is very similar looking to 94AB

ther is also a 95AB whch i think is the same as 94AB this was on EF

the 96 head has the AU style valves and springs tho not sure if it uses the AU rocker gear?

from my experience all the ELs and AUs ive driven have been slugs compared to the EF
