in victoria engineering and emmisions and required tuning would come in at around $3k.
leaving $12k for a turbo setup and car. the turbo setups on the EA AIT cars is very simple. just a microfueler.

for that power it would be fun on the "snow flakes" in the rain..
 stil would be an interesting car to own..n goo resale value as origonal..
