sorry didnt know where to post this but does any one know where i can find a blue front belt im pretty sure its called a serpine belt/fan belt.looking for one in my el with an au motor so not to sure if they are both the same but im just interested where and how much i can find one?

There is a brand called Gates which are pretty well known.

Not sure where to get them from, but they can be pretty expensive. I'm sure some of the local autoshop might be able to get some in. They make both belts and hoses.

Here are cheap hoses in blue off e-bay.

last time I was in Sprints buying a fan belt they said they could order Gates belts in - not sure if thats ALL Sprint stores or just that particular one..

Oh sorry - is it a South Aust only thing? Sprint Auto is a chain store here - its like Supercheap - only difference is they actually know stuff about cars. http://www.sprintautoparts.com.au/

pop into your local repco, we do gates belts and rad hoses. your local shop should be able to get them for you.

Cheers mate will do tomorrow will also check autobahn CBF going today after work was wrecked. Does any one know if there's a difference between super super low's and ultra lows? Bought a pair of ssl rears off stoj today reckons they are the same. I want the ultra low look

Yeah supercheap here have the blue gates "racing" drivebelts in stock.
It wears off anyway, i wouldnt get too excited!
As for the springs, Lows are around 30mm lower then stock, SL are around 2" then SSL are around 3"..
I'm not sure if you are able to get lower then SSL now days from kingsprings

springs marked sl are super low and ssl is ultra low..

It virtually just looks like a bosch one now, I'd say there is no way its even done 20,000km but i cant confirm as i dont have my log book with me ATM
