Ok, had a search through the site and couldnt find any info on these

Ive currently got them in my car at the moment and idle is a little rough but its hard to tell because of the cam. I googled the Bosch Super 4's since and have read more bad than good, even some people claiming they lost 10hp after fitting them.

I just wanna know has anyone had any experience with these plugs, and with a pathetic dyno run behind me with the autobox and a new dyno run coming up soon with the manual fitted, should i replace them with normal ngk's for hopefully a better number on the dyno?

How much are normal ngk's?

EF's idle like a dog.

I was talking to a guy that is a mechanic that works for ford.

He said just get NGK spark plugs. (I cant remember what model)

Because they have had a bad run with the ford sparkplugs and a few other brands. They will work but break down to quick. Which causes issues for GAS.

I tried them and it seemed smoother on the old ef but nothing spectacular.
I will get NGK's in future.
I have been happy with them before

I've had Super 4's in my EF for almost 2 years, not an issue. Had them in the KB Laser for 30,000ish kms, still going strong.

Mind you, the EF does need a service, might check them out this weekend, see how they're going

I'm running super 4's in the EL with no trouble and good idle.

I used to run golden lodge (very similar) IN A COOPER "S", the original 1275cc, and loved them so bought super 4's when I saw them.

Grumbles
