I haven't had a chance to look at this problem yet but I thought I might be able to save some time by asking here first. When I put my foot on the brake (with the ignition on) the right indicator also comes on solid. As I said I haven't looked at it yet but belive it may be a crook earth. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you fix it?
Cheers

If you have a trailer plug fitted then I would be looking there 1st.And of course you could have a bad earth or no earth to your right hand rear light.Cheers Kevman

Trailer plug was the issue. "Professionals" that fitted the towbar for me hadn't done the wiring properly.
