Are the 3 wire 02 sensors any good?

My EL Fairmont wagon is up around 165,000 K's now and I think it still has the original 02 sensor in it so I'm hoping to get a new one soon.

Are these VDO 02 sensor's any good?...

it seems alright and good quality, his feedback score is great and its a 4 wire sensor. but only time will tell. i should have it before wednesday (28-3)
also guys whats the difference between a 3 and 4 wire sensor?
and Parkrat, the car has a clean intake manifold and is running at K&N filter, and i know its clean as i clean it about every 5000km's

plugs are still standard, but the should still be good for at least another 10K km's, fuel filter is relatively new and the car only runs on 98 so should stay clean.
